I am guessing that the uploader of this video clip is mocking the fact that Julian Assange's verbal claim that he is alive and free from distress is false.

It is very clear that Julian  is under distress. The unsynchronized audio/video also indicates video editing problems. THIS IS SO PATHETIC AND CREEPY FOLKS...!!!

At minimum, we hope that Julian is still alive, ... but the widespread multiple fakeries, ever since October 2016, fueled contrary suggestions...perhaps, as the presumed alive Julian claimed, to undermine Wikileaks' ability to survive and function.

This would have been a sound argument if Julian did explain everything and did not refuse to provide the repetitively sought proof of life digital key.

But Julian did not provide such key nor any adequate explanations. For the suspect events of the critical month of October 2016, Julian simply claimed "BEING TOO BUSY" and eluded to same throughout the following months of his disappearance.  

SORRY JULIAN,... BUT  YOU HAVE TO DO A BETTER CONVINCING ACT....BECAUSE A BEHIND THE SCENES CIA CONTROL IS WHAT SMELLS BAD RIGHT NOW... IN ADDITION, DO NOTE THAT WE ARE ONLY MAKING THE VERY ASSUMPTIONS THAT YOU, YOURSELF, ASKED US TO MAKE IF YOU REFUSED TO PROVIDE TO US THE "DIGITAL PROOF OF LIFE KEY"....AND...SINCE YOU DID REFUSE TO DO SO THEN ...HEY.. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASSUME AS REQUESTED.
