People keep saying "Vote them out." Guess what? It doesn't work! Between the power of the parties and the money, we just sent 96% of them BACK TO DC, even though 60% of Americans said they wanted to FIRE EVERY MEMBER OF CONGRESS before the 2014 mid-term elections! If we're going to FIRE THEM, we NEED TERM LIMITS!
With the second option of Article 5, the people and the States can supersede the authority of Congress, adding a Term Limits Amendment to the Constitution. And, Congress has no authority to stop it.
