Comey drafted announcement closing Hillary Clinton probe before key witnesses interviewed: Senators
‘Conclusion first, fact-gathering second — that’s no way to run an investigation’


Two Republican senators say they’ve reviewed evidence that indicates former FBI Director James B. Comey began drafting a statement to announce the closure of the bureau’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server months before key witnesses, including the former Democratic presidential candidate, were interviewed.

Sen. Chuck Grassley and Sen. Lindsey Graham wrote to FBI Director Christopher Wray asking for information related to Mr. Comey’s announcement, saying they’ve reviewed partially redacted interview transcripts that indicate Mr. Comey was drafting a statement on the closure of the case months before the July 5, 2016, announcement.

In a departure from typical federal law enforcement protocol, Mr. Comey announced that no criminal charges would be sought against Mrs. Clinton because — although she had been “extremely careless” in her handling of sensitive national security information — investigators couldn’t prove that it was intentional.

The transcripts cited by the Republican lawmakers indicate that a draft statement about the conclusion of the investigation was being circulated among a select group of FBI officials as early as April 2016. The senators said that was before as many as 17 key witnesses were interviewed by the FBI. Mrs. Clinton was interviewed on July 2.

“Conclusion first, fact-gathering second — that’s no way to run an investigation,” the senators wrote in a letter sent Thursday to Mr. Wray. “The FBI should be held to a higher standard than that, especially in a matter of such great public interest and controversy.”

The interview transcripts are from an investigation the Office of Special Counsel was conducting that looked into whether Mr. Comey’s actions were a violation of the Hatch Act, which prohibits government employees from using their positions to influence an election.

Whether you choose to believe it or not, the US government is one of, if not the biggest, drug smuggling operations in the world. They have been known to have operations in place in South Asia, the Middle East, and South and Central America, as well as other various locations throughout the world. Some of their main entry points in the US have included New Orleans, Mena, Arkansas, Los Angeles, and Miami.

Many whistleblowers have written several articles and books that exposed the government corruption and coverups behind the “War On Drugs.”

Minorities are primarily targeted for arrest and incarceration, and the aim is incarceration. Oppression of minorities still exists in the US, it is just under the guise of preventing drug abuse, while the government is responsible for the majority of the drugs that are brought into the country.

Here’s an excerpt from Rodney Stich’s book, “Defrauding America,” which lists and details books published by government insiders from the CIA, the DEA, and other government agencies that had first-hand knowledge and experience with their drug running operations –

“The CIA’s role in drug trafficking into the United States has been the subject of many magazine and newspaper articles, books, testimony given to Congressional committees in closed-door hearings, and work-place conversation among CIA personnel.

Movies and television documentaries have been made on the subject, and many books and articles have been written describing some particular phase of the operation. Yet, most Americans are oblivious to this serious misconduct or its far-flung implications. The DEA’s drug trafficking has received little attention.

One of the first books linking the CIA to drug trafficking was Alfred McCoy’s ‘The Politics of Heroin in Southeast Asia’, published in 1972, and his heavily documented 1991 update, ‘The Politics of Heroin-CIA Complicity in the Global Drug Trade’.

The author is a professor of Southeast Asian history at the University of Wisconsin, at Madison. Some of the books written about CIA drug trafficking were written by people who were part of the operation, including pilots.

Professor McCoy started investigating the drug trafficking in the 1950s, questioning people in all phases of the drug culture from the growers to the end users. He spent considerable time in Southeast Asia and throughout the world obtaining first-hand knowledge of the drug trade.

He describes how CIA helicopters, supposedly fighting communists in Vietnam, were hauling drugs from the fields to distribution points, including drugs for the American GIs. He described the role of the Pepsi-Cola bottling plant in the drug trafficking, and how the U.S. media kept the lid on the mushrooming operation.

Terry Reed, a CIA asset, and co-author John Cummings, wrote an excellent book in 1994 on drug trafficking and the CIA’s role in it: ‘Compromised: Clinton, Bush and the CIA’. Reed, a former U.S. Air Force Intelligence Officer, a successful businessman specializing in advanced computer-controlled manufacturing, was recruited by the CIA to start up a CIA proprietary in Mexico. The business was to be a high technology trading and consulting firm, but developed into a CIA gun-running and drug operation.

Reed worked closely with key figures in the National Security Council and Central Intelligence Agency, including Oliver North and Felix Rodriguez, unaware of their involvement in a massive drug trafficking operation. Reed discovered that the CIA was misusing the company that he set up in Mexico as a CIA proprietary.

In July 1987, he discovered the CIA was shipping large quantities of drugs through the company, and he wanted out. Fearing for the safety of his wife and three sons, and himself, Reed notified his CIA handlers that he was returning to Arkansas. The CIA saw him as a threat.

Using typical attorney tactics, the CIA, through the Justice Department and its control over state police agencies, in this case Governor Bill Clinton’s Arkansas, charged the Reeds with engaging in drug trafficking, when in fact, it was the CIA.

Another DEA whistleblower exposed the DEA and CIA role in America’s drug crisis. A twenty-five-year veteran of the Drug Enforcement Administration (and prior drug agencies), Michael Levine, authored a 1993 book exposing the drug trafficking sanctioned by federal officials throughout the federal government. The former DEA agent wrote that the so-called war on drugs is the “biggest, whitest, and deadliest lie ever perpetrated on U.S. citizens by their government.”

He described how the CIA, the DEA, and other “intelligence” agencies, blocked investigations and prosecution of high-level drug traffickers. Levine described how the CIA was primarily responsible for the drug epidemic as seen from his perspective.”

The FBI is giving the middle finger to America, taunting those who are demanding to see the bureau uphold the law and hold Hillary Clinton accountable for her crimes, by informing attorneys who have filed a FOIA request for Hillary documents that they won’t be released because of a “lack of public interest.“

It was just over a year ago that former FBI Director James Comey boldly consolidated the roles of investigator, lawyer, judge and jury when he announced that, although Hillary was “extremely careless” in her mishandling of classified State Department emails, no reasonable prosecutor would be willing to bring charges against her.

ZeroHedge report: The decision sparked national outrage, particularly since it came just a few days after Bill Clinton happened to be spotted by a local reporter meeting privately with then Attorney General Loretta Lynch on a tarmac in Phoenix. Combine that with Comey’s admission under oath that Loretta Lynch clearly attempted to interfere in the FBI’s investigation and it all wreaked of just another Clinton coverup…said another way, just a bunch of Republicans trying to “criminalize things that are normal.”

Be that as it may, at least one attorney, Ty Clevenger of New York, has been working diligently to make sure that Hillary and various members of her staff face at least some consequences for their alleged crimes which range from perjury under oath to willful destruction of evidence protected by a Congressional subpoena (see: The “Oh Shit” Moment: Hillary Wiped Her Server With BleachBit Despite Subpoena), among many others. We noted the efforts of Clevenger to get Hillary disbarred in the state of Arkansas back in June in a post entitled “Hillary Not “Out Of The Woods”: Arkansas Bar Considers Disciplinary Action Over Email Scandal.”


Alas, it seems as though Clevenger’s pursuit of Hillary has been has been held up by the FBI for a rather curious reason, namely a “lack of public interest.” As the Washington Times points out, after filing a FOIA request for Hillary documents with the FBI, Clevenger received the following emailed response:

“You have not sufficiently demonstrated that the public’s interest in disclosure outweighs personal privacy interests of the subject,” FBI records management section chief David M. Hardy told Mr. Clevenger in a letter Monday.

“It is incumbent upon the requester to provide documentation regarding the public’s interest in the operations and activities of the government before records can be processed pursuant to the FOIA,” Mr. Hardy wrote.

Dear FBI, on behalf of Mr. Clevenger, please allow us to submit Exhibit A regarding the public’s interest in this and all future FOIA requests regarding Mrs. Clinton’s records…there are roughly 63mm people (and probably a couple of Democrats as well) who are very eager to learn anything you might have to disclose regarding Hillary’s alleged transgressions.

Her use of a secret email account to conduct government business while leading the State Department was front-page news for much of 2015 and 2016, and was so striking that the then-FBI director broke with procedure and made both a public statement and appearances before Congress to talk about the bureau’s probe.

Conservative watchdog group, Judicial Watch announced that on August 8, 2017, D.C. District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta ordered the State Department “to search the http://state.gov e-mail accounts of Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, and Jacob Sullivan” for emails relating to the Benghazi scandal.

This is a major victory. The truth will prevail.

Judicial Watch reports:

Judge Mehta described Judicial Watch’s Clinton Benghazi FOIA lawsuit as “a far cry from a typical FOIA case. Secretary Clinton used a private e-mail server, located in her home, to transmit and receive work-related communications during her tenure as Secretary of State.” Further:

[I]f an e-mail did not involve any http://state.gov user, the message would have passed through only the Secretary’s private server and, therefore, would be beyond the immediate reach of State. Because of this circumstance, unlike the ordinary case, State could not look solely to its own records systems to adequately respond to [Judicial Watch’s] demand.

[The State Department] has not, however, searched the one records system over which it has always had control and that is almost certain to contain some responsive records: the http://state.gov e-mail server. If Secretary Clinton sent an e-mail about Benghazi to Abedin, Mills, or Sullivan at his or her http://state.gov e-mail address, or if one of them sent an e-mail to Secretary Clinton using his or her http://state.gov account, then State’s server presumably would have captured and stored such an e-mail. Therefore, State has an obligation to search its own server for responsive records.State has offered no assurance that the three record compilations it received [from Secretary Clinton and her aides], taken together, constitute the entirety of Secretary Clinton’s e-mails during the time period relevant to Plaintiff’s FOIA Request.

Absent such assurance, the court is unconvinced “beyond material doubt” that a search of the http://state.gov accounts of Abedin, Mills and Sullivan is “unlikely to produce any marginal return.”

President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton said about this new federal court order, “This major court ruling may finally result in more answers about the Benghazi scandal and Hillary Clinton’s involvement in it – as we approach the attack’s fifth anniversary. It is remarkable that we had to battle both the Obama and Trump administrations to break through the State Department’s Benghazi stonewall. Why are Secretary Tillerson and Attorney General Sessions wasting taxpayer dollars protecting Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration?”

We are approaching the 5 year anniversary of the attack at a U.S. diplomatic compound that killed four Americans, including the U.S. Ambassador to Libya. Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice and other criminals in the Obama administration have lied to the American public about the Benghazi attack. Russia's ambassador to Sudan has reportedly died of a heart attack, becoming the eighth Russian diplomat to pass away unexpectedly in the past 10 months.

Maria Zakharova, Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman, told journalists on Thursday that the ambassador had been “found with signs of an acute heart attack”.

The spate of deaths began on the day Donald Trump was elected US president in November, when Sergei Krivov, duty commander of the Russian consulate in New York, was found dead with a head wound at the facility, police said.

Initial reports said he had fallen to his death from the roof, but consulate officials said he had a heart attack and hit his head. The New York city medical examiner later contradicted these explanations, saying he died of internal bleeding related to a tumour.

Days After Obama’s Real Birth Certificate Is Released Supreme Court Chief Justice Drops Bombshell

This past week has revealed there is still an ongoing debate about Obama’s real birth certificate. Earlier in the week, Barack Obama’s half-brother Malik Obama released an image of what appears to be Barack’s true origin of birth, and if true, proves that the “birthers” were right all along.

The theory that Obama wasn’t born in America, therefore making him an illegitimate President, is shared by many people including former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore. Moore previously stated he doesn’t believe Obama was born in America sparking a huge debate.

We here at Political Mayhem reported earlier:

If you were ever one to question Obama’s real nation of origin you would have been labeled a “Birther” by the radical left and the media. There is a good reason why a President of the United States is required to be born in the country. If the President was indeed born in a foreign country, he may not have Americ’s best interest at heart.

Many of Obama’s actions during his eight years as President seemed as if he didn’t have our country’s best interest in mind. After all, look at how divided we are since he left office. The country is facing a crisis like we haven’t seen in decades, and Obama and the Democrats are to blame for that.

Now thanks to Obama’s half brother, we have been given more information on his actual birth place. Malik Obama has spent years trying to reveal the truth about Barack Obama and tweeted an image back in March possibly revealing Obama’s true birth certificate.

Except it’s not from Hawaii, but rather Kenya.
The media is already labeling Malik’s release as a giant conspiracy. Americans should admit it is important to be cautious until the evidence is reviewed. The liberal calling card is to jump to conclusions that fit their agenda, no matter what the evidence really is, and that is the last thing conservatives should do.

If the information provided by Malik is proven true, what would that mean for Obama? Is there anything that can be done or is it too little too late? Either way, it hasn’t stopped Moore from trying to get to the bottom of the situation.
Moore has been calling into question Obama’s legitimacy since 2008. Since that time, he has consistently made his position very clear on the matter.

According to The Hill

Former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore has in the past raised questions about whether former President Barack Obama is a natural-born citizen.

During a Constitution Party meeting in December, Moore, a GOP candidate in Alabama’s Senate special election, was asked about how he defines a natural-born citizen as a qualification for president.

“My opinion is, there is a big question about that,” Moore said, according to CNN’s KFile.
“My personal belief is that he wasn’t, but that’s probably over and done in a few days unless we get something else to come along.”
In 2008, Moore also raised questions about Obama’s citizenship.
“I don’t see any reason a candidate who has such a serious question would not come forward with the truth about where he was born,” Moore said in 2008.
“Obama has the answer,” Moore added. “He knows where he was born. If he tells something that’s untrue that’s another matter. It’s not an Obama issue, it’s an American issue. It’s about the Constitution of the United States.”
Moore has called into question Obama’s citizenship other times since 2008, according to CNN.
Malik Obama’s recent revelation has certainly reignited a debate that Barack Obama would rather see stay buried, but many people are determined to get to the bottom of it. If Obama did lie, there is probably not much that can be done but it would mean he lied. If the former president did lie, what was to stop him from being dishonest about numerous other important issues that could have far reaching implications.
Obama has gotten away with his crimes long enough, and it’s time he answers for them. He should never have been able to run for President, and our country would have been better off if he didn’t. The American people deserve to know the truth. What do you think?

Donald Trump’s decision to dissolve his two business advisory councils in the face of mass defections of corporate leaders and Wall Street titans was a clarifying moment for his presidency. Just as the president promised, he drained the swamp.

Ironically, the swamp was already draining itself as business leaders decided that they agreed with the mainstream media’s interpretation of Trump’s stance on the violence that erupted in Charlottesville, Virginia. The president had unequivocally condemned racism and white nationalism while adding that ‘alt-left’ violence was also deplorable. In response he was inaccurately accused of equating white supremacists with “protesters.”

The resignations made it clear that many of the “business leaders” could not be counted on for leadership if that involved standing against the wrath of the mainstream media.

And so the swamp was drained.

Nine executives or labor leaders resigned from the president’s Manufacturing Jobs Initiative before it was dissolved.

Travis Kalanick resigned over the restrictions on travel from certain countries.
According to reports, several CEOs were on the verge of resigning from the Strategic and Policy Forum.
