A week ago, I uploaded an Assange related post under the mistaken belief that it was, as it claimed, Assange's appearance and speech in Melbourne Australia on Feb 19, 2017.

As it turned out, this video was also old,, hence, much like the other videos that did the same, it deceptively misrepresented Assange's physical appearance and speech content .. I should have known and researched it further, prior to uploading it, and after I suspected the possible monkey business when I saw a younger Assange and not the current older Assange.

We got an audio stream again and not a video of what went on even though the photos that were released showed an auditorium type of setting filled with people who went to see Assange speak. In the links below you will see these photos..

Julian Assange is attempting to raise funds for his controversial company, WikiLeaks.

In a rare and wide-ranging interview from his home in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, Assange tells 3AW's Neil Mitchell it's hard to earn a living when you've been trapped for five years.

Assange says having Donald Trump as the US President is "amazing" and "every day is like Christmas".

Assange believes there will be further world conflict.
Neil asked Assange if he accepts that his leaks have cost the lives of operatives; Assange says it is all "complete rubbish".

Assange told 3AW Mornings he doesn't like being second to Rupert Murdoch as one of Australia's most influential people.
