This is what happens when your God does not permit you to help people who do not worship him, and/or even people who were victimized by your own people's Islamic terror attacks.. You end up ignoring and not helping people in need in order to make your God happy and to go to his kind of Heaven where, I am guessing, you will be greeted by an entity that has a tail, fangs and two horns...lol...lol...!!
