1-THAT HAD THE PUBLIC KNOWN ABOUT TRUMP'S AFFAIRS THEY WOULD NOT HAVE VOTED FOR HIM,...AND THIS IS A RIDICULOUS DEFENSE BECAUSE THE PUBLIC VOTES ON THE POLITICIAN'S POSITION ON THE ISSUES AND NOT ON THE POLITICIAN'S POSITION OF HIS ZIPPER

2-THAT TRUMP ASKED HIM TO PAY OFF THESE WOMEN IN ORDER TO INFLUENCE THE OUTCOME OF THE ELECTION AND THAT FALLS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF "WHAT IS ON THE PERSON'S MIND' WHICH IS A VERY DIFFICULT THING TO PROVE, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE MOST OBVIOUS RESPONSE WOULD BE THE PROTECTION OF HIS FAMILY/WIFE FROM FINDING OUT. EVIDENCE OF PRIOR TRUMP REQUESTS TO PAY OFF WOMEN TO SHUT THEM UP PRIOR TO RUNNING FOR OFFICE WOULD ALSO INDICATE THAT TRUMP DOES THIS TO PROTECT HIS FAMILY OR WIFE OF THE TIME.. LET US NOT FORGET THAT THE MONETARY SILENCING OF WOMEN THAT ONE COMMITS ADULTERY WITH IS NOT AN ILLEGAL ACT.

THIS IS ALSO A DIFFICULT THING TO PROVE, BASED ON WHAT I KNOW SO FAR, BECAUSE COHEN WAS CAUGHT BENEFITING HIS OWN POCKETS BY WAY OF COMMITTING FRAUDULENT ACTS OF ALL SORTS, HENCE, IF HE BENEFITED SOMEWHAT THROUGH THESE PAY-OFF TRANSACTIONS THEN HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROVE THAT TRUMP ASKED HIM TO SILENCE THESE WOMEN WITH CAMPAIGN FUNDS AND NOT WITH TRUMP MONEY


As I see it evolve, as of today's report only, Cohen also made some exonerating statements for Trump relating to Trump not having advanced knowledge and some incriminating statements relating to Trump paying them off to influence the Election. The latter, if it is not in any recorded form, does not have evidentiary legs to walk on, as noted above, in that it falls within the "credibility" category.

Since Cohen has a motive to lie against Trump, in order to reduce his sentence of course, and he has admitted to lengthy and substantial fraudulent activities to fill his pockets with money then Cohen can kiss his credibility good bye.Another nail against Cohen's credibility comes from Muller's lengthy and repetitive fraudulent scams to frame Trump. Accommodating Muller by claims that he has no tapes to support can bite Cohen in the ass.

Muller, after all is the one who gave Cohen immunity to testily,...errrrr "testify", and Cohen's accusation against Trump came at a time when Muller was facing the termination of his witch hunt from several Court based accusations against the integrity of his Russia influence "investigation" as well as from evidence that have been surfacing from other sources such as the Judicial Watch group investigations, Court actions and Discovery procedures...just to name a few..!!
