Federal investigators interviewed Clinton on July 2, 2016 and on July 5 Comey announced that he would not recommend to the Justice Department to file charges against Clinton.

An attorney for Trump, Jay Sekulow broke down a stunning timeline of former FBI Director, James Comey’s exoneration of Hillary Clinton on his radio show Friday morning.
Sekulow stated that Comey gave immunity to two witnesses and exonerated Hillary Clinton BEFORE he interviewed 17 witnesses, including Hillary Clinton.
Media was set ablaze after bombshell documents released on Thursday show former FBI head James Comey exonerated Hillary Clinton before the investigation into her email conduct had concluded. Even more concerning is “Mr. Comey even circulated an early draft statement to select members of senior FBI leadership,” reports Townhall.
The former FBI Director also testified to Congress that he decided not to recommended charges in relation to handling of classified information, after the FBI interviewed Hillary Clinton on July 2, 2016. However, a new report reveals Comey penned a memo exonerating Clinton in the Spring.
Jay Sekulow pointed out that Hillary was exonerated and immunity was handed out like candy BEFORE 17 witnesses were even interviewed–including Hillary Clinton.
“Folks do you understand what’s happened here? They (Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson) got immunity, and you give immunity so that you can get testimony but they got immunity and they exonerated them before they interviewed them! They pulled one on the American people, that’s for sure,” Sekulow said.
Sekulow also pointed out that Cheryl Mills was a lawyer AND a witness to which he said, “Cheryl Mills also served as a lawyer during this which I’m still trying to figure out how she was both a witness and a lawyer–that’s another question.”
“And then you have a secondary aspect of this, they were granted immunity, these two witnesses. but James Comey wrote his letter exonerating Hillary Clinton 3 months before these witnesses were even interviewed, including Hillary Rodham Clinton–and this was AFTER the tarmac meeting,” Sekulow continued.

According to new transcripts released by the Senate Judiciary Thursday afternoon, former FBI Director James Comey made the decision not to refer then Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for prosecution long before ever interviewing key witnesses. Members of the Committee allege Comey made the decision months before FBI agents were finished with the criminal investigation of her mishandling classified information during her time as Secretary of State.
The transcripts were revealed in a letter sent to current FBI Director Christopher Wray, in which lawmakers are demanding an explanation and more documents surrounding the case.
“According to the unredacted portions of the transcripts, it appears that in April or early May of 2016, Mr. Comey had already decided he would issue a statement exonerating Secretary Clinton. That was long before FBI agents finished their work. Mr. Comey even circulated an early draft statement to select members of senior FBI leadership. The outcome of an investigation should not be prejudged while FBI agents are still hard at work trying to gather the facts,” the letter, signed by Chairman Chuck Grassley and Committee member Lindsey Graham states. “Conclusion first, fact-gathering second—that’s no way to run an investigation. The FBI should be held to a higher standard than that, especially in a matter of such great public interest and controversy.”
As TGP reported, the FBI denied lawyer Ty Clevenger’s request to obtain documents related to Hillary Clinton’s email probe. The reason given? A “lack of public interest.”
According to the Washington Times:
Hillary Clinton’s case isn’t interesting enough to the public to justify releasing the FBI’s files on her, the bureau said this week in rejecting an open-records request by a lawyer seeking to have the former secretary of state punished for perjury.
Ty Clevenger, the lawyer, has been trying to get Mrs. Clinton and her personal lawyers disbarred for their handling of her official emails during her time as secretary of state. He’s met with resistance among lawyers, and now his request for information from the FBI’s files has been shot down.
“You have not sufficiently demonstrated that the public’s interest in disclosure outweighs personal privacy interests of the subject,” FBI records management section chief David M. Hardy told Mr. Clevenger in a letter Monday.
“It is incumbent upon the requester to provide documentation regarding the public’s interest in the operations and activities of the government before records can be processed pursuant to the FOIA,” Mr. Hardy wrote.
Mrs. Clinton, is the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, former chief diplomat, former U.S. senator, and former first lady of both the U.S. and Arkansas.
Conservative watchdog group, Judicial Watch announced that on August 8, 2017, D.C. District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta ordered the State Department “to search the http://state.gov e-mail accounts of Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, and Jacob Sullivan” for emails relating to the Benghazi scandal.
This is a major victory. The truth will prevail.

Judge Mehta described Judicial Watch’s Clinton Benghazi FOIA lawsuit as “a far cry from a typical FOIA case. Secretary Clinton used a private e-mail server, located in her home, to transmit and receive work-related communications during her tenure as Secretary of State.” Further:
[I]f an e-mail did not involve any http://state.gov user, the message would have passed through only the Secretary’s private server and, therefore, would be beyond the immediate reach of State. Because of this circumstance, unlike the ordinary case, State could not look solely to its own records systems to adequately respond to [Judicial Watch’s] demand. [The State Department] has not, however, searched the one records system over which it has always had control and that is almost certain to contain some responsive records: the http://state.gov e-mail server. If Secretary Clinton sent an e-mail about Benghazi to Abedin, Mills, or Sullivan at his or her http://state.gov e-mail address, or if one of them sent an e-mail to Secretary Clinton using his or her http://state.gov account, then State’s server presumably would have captured and stored such an e-mail.
Therefore, State has an obligation to search its own server for responsive records.State has offered no assurance that the three record compilations it received [from Secretary Clinton and her aides], taken together, constitute the entirety of Secretary Clinton’s e-mails during the time period relevant to Plaintiff’s FOIA Request. Absent such assurance, the court is unconvinced “beyond material doubt” that a search of the http://state.gov accounts of Abedin, Mills and Sullivan is “unlikely to produce any marginal return.”
President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton said about this new federal court order, “This major court ruling may finally result in more answers about the Benghazi scandal and Hillary Clinton’s involvement in it – as we approach the attack’s fifth anniversary. It is remarkable that we had to battle both the Obama and Trump administrations to break through the State Department’s Benghazi stonewall. Why are Secretary Tillerson and Attorney General Sessions wasting taxpayer dollars protecting Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration?”
We are approaching the 5 year anniversary of the attack at a U.S. diplomatic compound that killed four Americans, including the U.S. Ambassador to Libya. Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice and other criminals in the Obama administration have lied to the American public about the Benghazi attack. The public deserves to know the truth and the Obama administration must be held accountable.

This was AFTER he told Senator Grassley under oath that he never leaked information.
On Friday former FBI Assistant Director James Kallstrom said it is obvious that James Comey has been in with the Clintons from the beginning.
James Kallstrom: This whole thing was a joke to begin with, this so-called investigation of Hillary Clinton… The fact that a grand jury was never empaneled would tell any investigator, I don’t care if you’ve only been on the job for a day, that this whole thing was not going to be legitimate. And it wasn’t. It was an absolute joke… It makes no sense and he makes no sense. He makes no sense. He was just a total embarrassment. He let the American people down by not looking at these crimes… The crimes would land a normal person in Leavenworth federal prison.
